The Company warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods listed below (except misuse or
mishandling) from the date of shipment from Belvedere. The Company’s obligation and purchaser’s remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited
to repair or replacement at the company’s option. F. O. B. shipping point.
Please note that because commercial standards allow color variation over which the company has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, grain or texture. Fabrics are not warranted against fading, staining, soiling,crushing or wear, all of which are predominately influenced by user-created environment and user care to which the product is exposed in use.
Petroleum-based cleaning solvents are harmful to fabrics and their use will void the warranty.
This warranty applies only to the shop or salon originally purchasing from an authorized Company distributor. Claims should be made through Salon Equipment USA! Please feel free to call us if you should encounter a warranty issue.
Belvedere has the right to request photographs or other objective evidence in determining warranty application.

1 year on electric and pneumatic pumps
1 year on painted and chrome base plates
PLEASE NOTE! Because of the nature of the manufacturing of you order upon order entry - Belvedere does not accept return items OR order cancellations. Cancellation of your order after 72 hours can be subject to cancellation fees starting at 10% of the order within the first week and up to 100% of the order after the order is in production.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged for shipment in perfect condition. In the event that the item has sustained any damage during transport, it is the sole responsibility of the consignee to make a notation regarding the shipment for any visible damages on the delivery Bill of Lading, and to carefully inspect the shipment for any concealed damages which must be reported to the carrier immediately.
Failure to do so will impede the consignee’s efforts to make a proper claim with the carrier as their rules are strictly enforced.Related Items
