Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

All Made-to-order items that are placed on order, can only be cancelled within a 48 hour window. We immediately begin ordering material and begin production on your order to ship it to you as soon as possible.

Return Authorization is required prior to the shipping back of all other products. Depending on the manufactures return policies up to a 25% re-stock fee may apply.
