• Warranty covers manufacturer defects | We offer 2 years on parts and 1 year on labor. Our commitment is to repair (or replace if we consider we cannot repair or it is not worth it); we do not refund. This applies for the USA only and only to the original purchaser.

• Please provide us with the following information with your claim:
1. Name of the product (please use our codes and be detailed: a 2246EB is different than a 2246EBM or 2246EBN for example)
2. What is the issue? Please be very precise! For example, describe precisely which motor does not work : up-down, tilt, backrest, legrest.

Photos and videos are of great help.

3. Provide serial number. Without a serial number, we will not be able to offer warranty. The serial number allows us to identify when the product was sold, which determines if the product is under warranty. Serial numbers start with EX, SX or T. 
4. When possible, please provide the original PO or sales order. Or the name and address of the client. We can easily identify a client from the serial number when the product was sold in the last two years. When it happened more than 2 years ago, it is still possible but requires more work and may delay the process. Having the PO#, SO# or address of the clients helps us identifying the client.
