Warranty:

Cabinet drawer-slides are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase

All remaining components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Collins Beauty & Barber Equipment is carefully manufactured, thoroughly inspected, and guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1 YEAR: All components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and all claims must be made through Salon Equipment USA.

These warranties cover replacement-repair parts, not labor, and shipping of the replacement-repair parts within the contiguous U.S.

These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear!! or damage caused by water or fire, staining, fading, or discoloration of fabrics, laminates, or finishes, or where there is evidence of tampering, mishandling, abuse, or misuse of the equipment.

Your order will ship out within 2 weeks if a standard QSE color has been selected.

All other standard color choices add an additional 2-3 weeks.

In the event the lead-time from the manufacturer is extended due to shortage of stock item or parts, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Please inspect all packages for damage upon receipt!

All Merchandise is quality inspected and packed in perfect condition when shipped. All claims must be promptly filed and noted on the bill of lading upon receipt.

Collins makes every effort to package goods in an effective, safe manner. Nevertheless, goods can sometimes be damaged in transit. The freight companies put the responsibility onto the consignee to inspect the shipment upon receipt, and to clearly note any damages or shortages on the carrierÕs bill of lading when signing for the shipment.

Failure to note damage or shortages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery can void your claim and warranties on your products!

Collins chairs and cabinets are made to order, therefore not all goods are eligible to be returned for credit.

Please contact Salon Equipment USA to request to return any items. Return authorization number will be provided for all goods authorized for return and that RA number needs to be included on packaging and/or paperwork used for return to ensure shipment is not refused and credit isnÕt delayed.

Quick Ship chairs / cabinets in quick ship colors can be returned if in new condition and in original packaging within 30 days of order receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Partial credit will be applied to your return for all used and damaged items when returned.
